Dear Readers! On Wednesday the 11 th of March 2020 we got up at 7am and did our daily routine. As usual we ate our chocolate cornflakes and drank our orange juice and then we got ready for school. Our host family had provided us with a room with many cupboards and a small bathroom. In our room there was a bunk bed and a single bed, there was also a big window and a power socket, thank god. The house was in an area where the all houses looked alike, 25 minutes by bus from Eyre Square. Our host family were very friendly but chaotic people and, most unfortunately, we only saw them during dinner. We found it really relaxing that school didn't start until 9:30, but if you have more than four lessons a day you can't do anything in the afternoon. That is why we like our Austrian school times a lot better. Day 3 Hi friends, today it`s Monday, the 9 th of March and Klara, Laura and Alessia are telling you about our day in Galway! The night was good we slept very well. We woke up at seven o`clock in the morning. The food we got was not tasty  or special, but at least the breakfast was ok. We had some cereal, toast with jam, and our host mum made us some tea.  After breakfast we took Bus 4O4 to Eyre Square to get to Atlantic Language School.    It was our first day of school and class began at 9:30am, where we got to know our funny and likeable teacher Michael.  The late start was pleasant, because for us it is hard to focus early in the morning so it would be great if we had the  same late start in Austria. The class started with some games and a lot of talking, and quick, school was already over.  Together with some other classmates we walked to a lovely pizza place called “The Dough Brothers” and had some nice lunch.  ...

15.3.2020 LAST DAY IN DUBLIN AND THE JOURNEY BACK Unfortunately we only spent one night in Generator hostel - with  lots of other young people from all over the world. We loved lively Dublin with all the beautiful sights, the very many hen and stag night crowds and the endless options to shop and entertain yourselves. After a bit of a sleep-in on that Sunday morning, we had a good breakfast, together with our entire class. Before enjoying the city one last time, we had already packed our cases and put the luggage into storage     to be prepared for a quick departure at noon.                 As soon as we arrived at the airport we met the other two classes from our school that took the same flight home .We all expected some trouble at Munich airport or at the the border due to the outbreak of Covid-19.
